Muhammad Jradi

Muhammad has been engaged in personal injury litigation for over five years, predominately practising in the field of motor vehicle accident and public liability claims.

He also has expertise in catastrophic claims in addition to experience with matters involving complex liability, causation and medical issues.

Muhammad takes a proactive approach towards dispute resolution, and explores avenues of early resolution where possible, whilst simultaneously preparing a matter for litigation.

He regularly appears in the District and Supreme Courts and has ample experience with arbitration hearings. Muhammad has a special interest in the administrative law proceedings, and has acted in administrative law cases in the Supreme Court of NSW.

Muhammad is highly regarded by his clients for his strong negotiation skills and his ability to efficiently and clearly identify issues in dispute whilst delivering succinct advice with tactical recommendations.
